Sales & Marketing Localization

Medallia is a US based business that provides Software-as-a-Service Customer Experience Management and Enterprise Feedback Management software and services to companies around the world.
Medallia’s platform captures voice of the customer feedback across Web, social, mobile, and contact center channels, analyzes it in real-time, and provides action workflows to executive, central and front-line teams for customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Their Challenge

Medallia needed to localize their marketing and sales collateral for key European markets to enable their sales teams to deliver against the ambitious targets they had for this region.

Our Solution

Co. Cue built a team of experts based in relevant territories to localize the sales and marketing documentation. This included delivery of ready to use sales material, re-artworked in local language in PDF format.

Co.Cue is also working on the web assets to deliver a fully localised European proposition.

Example

With local resource and a personalized service, we operate as an extension of the Medallia team to ensure brand voice and nuance is consistent regardless of language.

Medallia VP Sales EMEA

‘The EMEA division of Medallia is focused on growing fast in new European markets but with all of our core sales and marketing collateral in English we were inhibited hence the priority for me was to get the collateral localized as soon as possible. In doing so it was critical for us to maintain the nuance and tone our marketing team had invested so much time, effort and cost creating. Company Cue provided us with the best solution; fast turnaround, superb transcreation retaining all of the nuance and detail of the original text, and scrupulous attention to detail thus ensuring my sales team don't spend time out of the field correcting material – I need them selling not translating and Company Cue ensures this, regardless of the European language.’
