Medallia’s platform captures voice of the customer feedback across Web, social, mobile, and contact center channels, analyzes it in real-time, and provides action workflows to executive, central and front-line teams for customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.


Medallia needed to localize their marketing and sales collateral for key European markets to enable their sales teams to deliver against the ambitious targets they had for this region.


Co. Cue built a team of experts based in relevant territories to localize the sales and marketing documentation. This included delivery of ready to use sales material, re-artworked in local language in PDF format. 

Co.Cue is also working on the web assets to deliver a fully localised European proposition.
